This hotel is truly luxurious. the exclusive amenities such as the sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and spa centre provided a delightful and relaxing experience. the staff offered impeccable service, making us feel like VIPs. the room advantages were exceptional, including the in-room breakfast and the private facilities.

the body scrub at the Spa & Wellness Centre was not up to our expectations.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to downtown and with easy access to almost everything in the city. The breakfast area offers a variety of choices and the staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious, soundproof, and feature modern furniture. The housekeeping service is exceptional, with dedicated staff members like Sitarim who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities are top-notch, providing a luxury experience.

The hotel parking entrance can be crowded and the limited number of employees at the reception can result in longer waiting times during check-in and check-out.

We enjoyed a delightful evening with delicious traditional dishes and lively entertainment, and the French-Mediterranean cuisine was simply exquisite. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the live music added to the wonderful experience.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having a dedicated play area for children, where they can engage in more indoor activities.

The hotel's location near the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall was convenient, and the amenities, including the clean and well-maintained pool, added to the luxurious experience. The fair price was the cherry on top.

I recently stayed at Grand Millennium for a weekend getaway. The customer service was superb, and the house cleaning staff went the extra mile by changing our bedsheets and towels daily. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the canal. The separate bath and shower were a nice touch, and all the amenities I needed were available. The reception staff was extremely helpful, even assisting us with a flight issue and granting us a late check-out. The breakfast selection was great, and the staff throughout the hotel provided excellent service. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely stay again.

I selected this hotel to attend a congregation as it offers 11 meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology, including a functional grand ballroom that can accommodate up to 600 guests, all encompassed on one floor, making it a beneficial and rewarding destination for business. Its location in the city's vibrant heart in South Downtown Dubai added to its appeal.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a co-working space within the hotel to facilitate collaborative work and meetings during my stay.

The hotel staff were very good too meet my expectations, displaying really good friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay. Despite some minor issues with the door and key cards, the problems were quickly resolved. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations and will be one of my top choices for future stays in Dubai. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and enjoyable stay.

The one-bedroom suite at Grand Millennium Business Bay was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Dubai Canal waterfront and downtown city. The separate living area and luxurious marble bathroom made me feel like royalty. As a traveler who loves a mix of comfort and luxury, this suite was perfect for me.

I found the private bathroom's bidet a bit unnecessary for my taste.

The food at Suhour was really good, with added extras on the trolley for a nice experience. The F&B team took orders over the phone at midnight and were great. The staff, from reception to lifeguards, were cute, helpful, and provided really good service. The building was nice, with high-quality rooms, a good gym, and pool area. Perfect location for business trips.

The rooftop signature restaurant provided a stunning experience with its creative take on traditional Italian cuisine. As I looked out at the breathtaking views of the canal, I felt like I had been transported to a charming piazza in Italy, indulging in the most delectable dishes while soaking in the mesmerizing ambiance.
